Service Description

During a 2 hour session in the comfort of your own home, we will go over various birthing options and help you and your birth partner come up with a plan that works for you and your family. I will walk you through different scenarios and the many options that may come up during your birth and the immediate postpartum. Once you have settled on what your birth preferences are, I will create a detailed yet concise one-page birth preferences (plan) for you to share with your practitioner and take to your birth. Before finishing, we will discuss the importance of visualizing your ideal birth, and we practice daily and weekly exercises that bring balance to your body to help ease pregnancy discomfort, allow baby to get into an optimal position, and prepare your body for an easier labor.
